Adult-sized molded, fibreglass seat and chrome base. There are two wide velcro straps attached. This one must have had stories before being carefully salvaged from a psychiatric hospital. Creme coloured seat and straps. In good vintage condition, one foot rest missing but four rolling, lockable wheels are attached.
